All orders ship from The Irish Chandler within 3 working days from receipt of order (sometimes sooner).

We mainly use a standard shipping service with An Post, GLS and DPD Couriers.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at hello@theirishchandler.com within 3 working days from receipt of your order + we will work with you to make things right.

Returns will be accepted only within 14 working days from date of purchase.
We will provide a return address by email.

Customers are responsible for paying for shipping charges for returning items in their original unused condition.

In the event of damage in transit please submit photographs of the package so that we can approach the despatch company and make a complaint. A replacement will be shipped to you without any charge.
