If for any reason you feel your order is not up to your standard of quality please notify us via email and if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange.

For all exchanges, items must be in their unused original condition and original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges. Please email hello@theirishchandler.com for a return address.

We ship worldwide to Ireland, Europe, US and the rest of the world.

All orders are shipped with a tracked service within 1-3 working days (unfortunately the courier does not colect from us at weekends and bank holidays) you will receive a tracking number to your email address at the time of despatch.
