Quality and consistency is at the heart of what we do, our unique scents are blended by us in our little workshop on the West Coast of Ireland.

If for any reason you feel your order is not up to your standard of quality please notify us via email and if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange.

For all exchanges, items must be in their unused original condition and original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges. Please email hello@theirishchandler.com for a return address.

Due to recent changes in customs regulations, we are currently unable to ship orders to the USA.

We deliver to anywhere in Ireland (Republic + NI) using a tracked delivery service with An Post for a flat rate of €4.95

Ireland Shipping Times

Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your order in Ireland, other locations may take longer.

​Delivery times may change at anytime and become unpredictable at busier times of the year e.g Christmas.

​All orders are currently despatched asap and within 3-4 working days (usually a lot sooner than this) with a tracked delivery service. You will receive a tracking link to check on delivery progress. Unfortunately at the moment there is no option for next day delivery, please keep this in mind when placing your order.

​Take a minute to check over the delivery address details, please include your Eircode and a mobile number to avoid a delay to your delivery or in some cases your order being returned to us.

All overseas orders are shipped with An Post and Fedex. The Irish Chandler is not liable for any charges and tax duties incurred at customs, it is advisable that you check any importation rates for your country before placing an order with us.

United Kingdom €9.95 flat rate (allow approx 5 working days)

Europe €12.95 flat rate (allow 7-10 working days)

Canada €24.95 flat rate (allow 10-14 working days)

The Rest of the World €29.95 flat rate(does not include the USA) from 10 working days depending on country and restrictions)

Please note - Customs fees may be applicable on shipments to and from the UK & all other NON-EU countries, we highly advise you to check your local gov website for further info.​

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given, however we will not be liable for non-delivery or delivery mistakes as a result of incorrect inputted info, so please ensure you have included all the correct address and phone number details.
