Quality and consistency is at the heart of what we do, our unique scents are blended by us in our little workshop on the West Coast of Ireland.

If for any reason you feel your order is not up to your standard of quality please notify us via email and if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange.

For all exchanges, items must be in their unused original condition and original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges. Please email hello@theirishchandler.com for a return address.

We ship worldwide to Ireland, Europe, US and the rest of the world.

Orders are typically despatched within 3 days and delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days from when your order is processed.

Orders are shipped via An Post, GLS and DPD depending on your address. You will receive a shipment notification email (a tracking number is available with the upgraded shippping charge).
